Members of the Delta Zeta Sorority House Board approached WAR Construction to retrofit a sprinkler system throughout their house in the Spring of 2010. From there, they decided to have WAR complete the rest of their desired renovations. These renovations were done in phases around the summer break schedule when the house would be the most accessible. The first phase was a complete renovation of the first floor and installation of a 2,500 gallon grease trap under the driveway. The second phase of the project was installing an elevator shaft to the exterior of the existing house. The third and largest phase was a renovation of the basement, second and third floors, installation of an energy saving key card system and window replacement.
