Metal Roofing Systems
WAR is a preferred roofing contractor for Architectural Metal Systems.
To obtain preferred status, our roofing crew has to attend
certification training each year. Each job is inspected and graded by a

Retrofit Roof Systems
AMS retrofit systems are used to convert existing leaky flat roofs to
sloping metal roofs. Utilizing sub-framing and standing seam roof
panels from AMS, we can provide 20 year weather tightness warranties.

Single-Ply Roof Systems
WAR is a licensed installer for Duro-Last. This is a unique single-ply
system that is pre-fabricated in the factory and installed on the
jobsite with no exposed fasteners. Duro-Last is popular as a retrofit
